How To Input Engraving Details.

After you have decided which gifts you want to buy you have the option to input a message or name or initials on the item.

All you need to do is just type in the details in the specified boxes, some items have two or more, so just type in all the boxes what message or name or initials that you want.

If you do not want any personalisation then just type N/T in the box, I have set the shop up, so that you have to enter at least one character, may be just put in a dot and say no personalisation required on the order form. Either way is fine.

With the Next Day Delivery, that is much simpler, if you do not want Next Day Delivery then you do not need to do anything.

If you want next day then click on the arrow and two more options are shown.

Important Notice about Next Day Delivery.


Next Day Delivery i.e. wanting it delivered the day after your order can only be done if the order is received by me and acknowledged by me sending you a processing email before 12-00 pm on the day in question.

You can still request Next Day after 12-00 pm but I will not be able to send it until the next day, so you will get the gift in two days,

Normal delivery takes any where from 5 to 10 days, so if you need it urgent use the Next Day Option.
Consider it an express personalisation service, so that it enables you to get you gifts quicker.

Next Day which costs £5-99 and that is Next Day delivery apart from if you order on Friday, Saturday or Sunday, these will be delivered on the following Tuesday.

Next Day Saturday will only need to be used if you order on the Friday and want the Gift for the Next Day which is Saturday, this costs £12-99 but items sent this way are usually delivered on the Saturday.

Of course I can not actually give you a cast iron guarantee that the parcels will be delivered the Next Day because of circumstances that I have no control over.

These are a few common issues that I would like you to consider.

* Please type carefully when typing your message or name and double check please before confirming the order.
* On the confirmation email, Please check that the message or name is correct.
* If wrong then let me know straight away, I cannot be held responsible if the engraving details that you have typed is wrong.
* If personalised I can only replace item if damaged or if an error when engraving.
* Next Day Delivery Only Available on orders received before 12 o'clock Midday, so please Order as soon as possible, of course you can still order but the it will be Next Day plus one.
* Please fill in the engraving details carefully in the boxes
* If No Personalisation Required Please Enter N/T in boxes.
